2025 Disciple-Making Mastermind Groups

Reproducers for Christ will host our first disciple-making mastermind groups in August 2025. We are not aware of any group meeting together to specifically develop and grow as disciple-makers. Starting a mastermind helps us fulfill our mission: “To inspire, encourage, develop, train, and sustain disciple-makers wherever the Lord may have them.”

Two groups are being offered, both on Monday evenings beginning in August 2025. On the first Monday of each month, a group will meet at 8:00 PM Eastern Time (7:00 PM Central Time). On the third Monday of each month, a group will meet at 9:00 PM Central Time (8:00 PM Mountain Time / 7:00 PM Pacific Time).

Each meeting is planned to be only one hour in length. Each group will meet through the end of the calendar year. Each group can resume for the next calendar year, starting in January 2026. We plan on having additional groups in 2026 on a different evening of the week, as well as earlier in the day, to accommodate potential members in Europe.

Please choose only one group. You will develop solid relationships within your group throughout the calendar year. If you miss a meeting, we may be able to provide an audio recording, IF all other members agree to the recording.

To successfully develop these relationships, you will be asked to keep your video display ON during the meeting so everyone can see you. We understand that you might occasionally need to turn off your video for a few minutes, but your active and full participation is valuable to every group member.

Each group is limited to 20 participants. While we expect the first groups to be smaller, the 20-person limit is based on the number of people that can be easily displayed on a Zoom page.

At the beginning of each group, we will each agree (with a simple thumbs-up gesture) to some group rules. These include:

POSITIVE FOCUS: We agree to give positive feedback; to acknowledge versus criticize; to be accepting.
HOLD THE SPACE: We agree to listen without interruption.
SHARE THE SPACE: We agree not to monopolize group time with lengthy details.
PRESENCE: We agree to be fully present to the group without distraction or multi-tasking.
OPEN MINDSET: We agree to be curious and open, letting it all unfold.
SELF-RESPONSIBILITY: We agree to practice excellent self-care.
PRIVACY: We will maintain each other’s privacy. A meeting will only be recorded if all members agree.

There is no cost to be a Zoom user for this mastermind group. Reproducers for Christ will provide you with a link that will open a Zoom screen. The same link will be active every month. When you open the Zoom meeting, you will be in a “waiting room” until the facilitator allows you in. PLEASE arrive 3 to 5 minutes before the meeting begins, so you can be in the room as the meeting starts.

You will need a computer to fully participate in the group. You can use a smartphone, but you will be limited in how you visually interact with other group members. Laptops or tablets work best.

On your computer Zoom screen, there is an Audio settings feature under the Audio icon. When you click on Audio settings, it should open a pop-up window. Scroll down to see “Audio Profile” and click on “Zoom background noise removal.” You then have the option to set noise removal to Auto, Low, Medium, or High. The “High” setting suppresses almost all background noise, including dogs barking, coffee shop chatter, and even F-16 fighter jets flying overhead!
