Reproducers for Christ stands apart in our singular focus on developing, training, and sustaining disciple-makers. While many ministries emphasize evangelism or discipleship programs, we concentrate on the often-overlooked art of multiplication—helping believers not just become disciples but become those who make disciples who make disciples.
We believe the Great Commission isn’t complete when someone comes to faith or even when they grow spiritually. It’s fulfilled when believers embrace their calling to reproduce—to invest intentionally in others who will, in turn, invest in others. This multiplication mindset creates sustainable, generational impact that extends far beyond any single ministry or leader.
Our approach is collaborative rather than competitive. We partner with churches, ministries, and individual believers wherever they are, providing practical tools, accountability, and encouragement to help them become more effective in making disciples who make disciples.

Our Story
Reproducers for Christ was born from a simple observation: while the church has grown tremendously in evangelism and discipleship programming, we’ve often lost the ancient art of reproduction. Too many believers remain consumers of religious content rather than becoming reproducers who invest in others.
Founded on the timeless principles exemplified by Dawson Trotman, founder of The Navigators, we recognized a critical need in the modern church—disciple-makers need ongoing support, training, and community. Many everyday disciple-makers feel isolated in their efforts to disciple and train others, lacking peers who understand the unique challenges of multiplication ministry.
Today, we serve disciple-makers across denominational lines and ministry contexts through monthly gatherings, mastermind groups, practical resources, and one-on-one mentoring. Our vision is to see a movement of multiplication where every believer embraces their calling to make disciples who make disciples.

We host interactive Zoom sessions where disciple-makers can ask questions, share challenges, and learn from one another’s experiences. These gatherings provide peer support and practical wisdom for real-world disciple-making situations.

Our intensive mastermind cohorts bring together small groups of committed disciple-makers for focused development, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving. These groups create deep community and accelerated growth.

Reproducers for Christ is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt Christian ministry organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law. We are committed to financial transparency and stewardship of the resources entrusted to us.
Our focus remains singular: to inspire, encourage, develop, train, and sustain disciple-makers wherever the Lord may have them, believing that multiplication of faithful laborers is the key to reaching the vast harvest Jesus spoke of.
