Resources

Reproducible / Pass-on-able Illustrations and more

The resources below are designed to be simple, memorable, and easily passed on to others. True disciple-making happens when tools are reproducible—when someone can learn a concept and immediately teach it to someone else without needing special training or materials.
Born to Reproduce
Classic Teaching by Dawson Trotman
This foundational message, delivered in 1955 by Dawson “Daws” Trotman, founder of The Navigators, remains one of the most powerful teachings on spiritual reproduction ever given. Though over 70 years old, the principles Trotman articulated are timeless and essential for every disciple-maker.
In this message, Trotman addresses the critical question: Why do so many Christians remain spiritually barren, never reproducing their faith in others? Using vivid illustrations from nature and scripture, he demonstrates that just as physical life is designed to reproduce, spiritual life in Christ is meant to multiply.
Key Concepts:
Every living thing reproduces after its own kind
Believers are called to spiritual parenthood, not just conversion
The Great Commission is about making disciples, not just converts
Spiritual reproduction requires intentional investment in others
The world will only be reached through multiplication, not addition
This message is one of the foundational pillars of Reproducers for Christ. We encourage every disciple-maker to listen to it multiple times and let its principles shape their ministry approach.

Monthly Disciple-Maker Gatherings
Virtual Community for Real-World Ministry
Disciple-making can be isolating. Many believers who are investing in others lack peers who understand the unique challenges, questions, and joys of multiplication ministry. Our monthly Zoom gatherings provide a supportive community where disciple-makers can:
Ask questions about specific situations they’re facing
Share what’s working in their disciple-making efforts
Learn from others who are further along in the journey
Receive encouragement and accountability
Discuss biblical principles and practical applications
These aren’t lectures or presentations—they’re interactive conversations where the wisdom comes from the community. Each gathering is shaped by the real needs and questions of those in attendance.
Meeting Details:
• Frequency: Monthly via Zoom
• Format: Interactive discussion and Q&A
• Who Should Attend: Anyone actively investing in others or wanting to start
• Cost: Free

Disciple-Making Mastermind Groups
Intensive Development for Serious Disciple-Makers
For those who want to go deeper, our mastermind groups offer intensive, focused development in a small cohort setting. Pioneered by Napoleon Hill a century ago, the mastermind concept brings together individuals with common goals to provide mutual support, accountability, and collective wisdom.
Our disciple-making masterminds are specifically designed for those who are:
Already actively making disciples
Committed to growth and development in their approach
Willing to invest time in preparation and participation
Ready to give and receive honest feedback
Seeking accountability for their disciple-making efforts
Each cohort meets regularly (typically bi-weekly or monthly) for an extended period. Members bring real challenges, celebrate victories, troubleshoot problems, and sharpen one another’s thinking about multiplication ministry.
What to Expect:
• Small groups (typically 6-8 participants)
• Regular virtual meetings over several months
• Application process to ensure group fit
• Homework and preparation between sessions
• Deep community and lasting relationships

Simple Illustrations and Tools
Pass-On-Able Resources
We’re continually developing simple, reproducible illustrations and frameworks that disciple-makers can learn quickly and teach to others. These tools are designed with one principle in mind: if you can’t easily pass it on to someone else, it’s too complex.
Current and upcoming resources include:
Visual diagrams for explaining spiritual growth and reproduction
One-page frameworks for assessing disciple-making readiness
Conversation guides for spiritual discussions
Memory aids for key disciple-making principles
Reproducible training modules
Many of these resources are shared through our monthly gatherings, blog posts, and direct communication with ministry partners. As new tools are developed, we’ll make them available here.
